  • Membership expiry dates will be extended equal to your vacation time so you can enjoy your time away.
  • If your instructor takes time off, your membership will be extended equal to the time that the instructor is away. 
  • To secure your sessions in the future you must renew your membership when it expires. 
  • If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for a session, without calling, you will forfeit that session.
  • You may reschedule your no show/late cancelled session but you will still be charged for the no show/late cancel.
  • There are no refunds. 
  • Please NOTE Marilyn is more pleasant than her policies.


  • All memberships have an expiry date. 
  • You can make up a missed session before the expiry date on a membership. 
  • If you provide less than 24 hours notice for a cancellation (unless you are sick), you WILL forfeit your session If you are sick you may make up your session, within the expiry time, when your are well.  There are no other acceptable reasons for late cancellations including: my kids are sick, Marilyn is not the most important person in my life, drinking the night before (all though a good excuse), my meeting ran long, I am busy at work, in traffic, car trouble, hair appointment, contractor coming, house getting painted, a party you forgot about, miss calculated time, spouse not home yet to take care of children, flight delayed, family  in from out of town and  don't want to leave them, need to cook something, I forgot and I am tired etc...
